Ingredients for the Mix Veg Recipe:
Potato + Carrot + Beans + Cauliflower = 500 grams
Paneer 200 grams
Tomato 1
Chopped Onion 2
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
Chili Powder 1 tsp
Cashew Nut paste 1 tsp
Cumin paste 1 tsp
Sugar
Poppy Seeds paste 1 tsp
Ghee ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Yogurt 2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder ½ tsp
Ginger and Garlic paste 1 tsp
White Oil

How to make Mixed Vegetable Curry recipe?

Add oil in the pan. I am using more oil; you can fry the vegetables in less oil, if you want.
After heating Oil add Potato pieces. Fry it like little brown.
Take it out from the pan.
Now add Cauliflower.
Just shallow fry it. After frying take it out from the pan.
Also fry the Beans and Carrots in the same way.
No need to fry too much.
Take it out from the pan.

Now I will fry the Paneer. Add some oil in the pan.
Add paneer in the pan. Shallow fry it. If you fry the Paneer too much then it will be hard.
Remove from the pan.
Add two spoons of oil.
Add chopped Onion.
Fry it nicely.
Now add Ginger and Garlic paste, Cumin paste and Poppy seed paste.
Mix and fry everything well.
Add tomato and sugar. For gravy color purpose you can use little sugar. It will bring the nice color.

In this time you have to do one more thing, take Yogurt and add Chili powder, Turmeric powder and salt in it.
Mix it nicely.
Now add it the pan.
Stir everything nicely.
Add water.
Add all the fried vegetables and Paneer in it.
Add Cashew nut paste in it.
Mix it nicely.
Cover it for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, open the cover.
Add Ghee and Garam Masala Powder before remove from the heat.
Mix it nicely.
Mix veg is ready now.

How to make Rui macher jhol recipe?

First, marinate the fish with turmeric powder and salt. Mix it nicely.
Now heat the pan for frying the fish. Add oil in it. After heating the oil add fish one by one.
Flip the fish to fry the other side. Fry the fish nicely until it is turn into brownish color.
Now remove the fish from pan.
Add cauliflower in this oil. Make it shallow fry. Take it out from the pan.
Add potatoes and fry it.
Add chopped onion, make it brownish with potatoes.
Now add ginger paste, cumin paste, Poppy seed paste, turmeric powder and chili powder. Mix all the spices nicely.
Now add drum sticks and tomato. Stir it with the spices and add water.
Add salt and fried cauliflower. Add more water for boil the vegetables.
Now cover it for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes open the cover and add fried fishes in it.
Now keep it for 3 minute.
Before remove from heat add coriander leaves.
Macher jhol or Fish Curry is ready.

Milk 1 liter
Cardamom 2
Sugar 1 cup
Yogurt ½ cups

How to make Bengali Sweet Yogurt?

Take a pan to boil the milk.
Add cardamom in it.
Now switch on the gas.
Stir it nicely and continuously.
Continue boiling until it reduces by half.
Now off the heat.
Add sugar.
Again stir it continuously otherwise milk cream will come.
After few minutes, pour the milk in a bowl.

How to color the sweet yogurt like brownish?
Take a big spoon and add 1 tsp sugar and 2 tsp water.
Now heat it on the gas and keep it until looking brownish.
Add it in the boiled milk.
Mix it properly. Let the milk cool slightly.
Add Yogurt in it.
Mix it nicely.
Now take an earthen pot and pour the milk.

How to set the sweet yogurt | Mishti Doi pot?

For warm purpose we can use a big towel. Keep the pot inside it and cover it.
Now cover the whole pot with the towel and keep it up to 10-12 hours.
After 12 hours, open the cover.
Ok, it is ready.
Now we check how it is set. Take a spoon and take out some sweet yogurt.
When set, store in refrigerator and serve the Mishti Doi or Sweet yogurt chilled.

It will take 40 minutes to cook. It is not an easy recipe, but I will make it easy and you can remember the ingredients also, because I divided the whole preparation into two parts. First part I will show you how to marinate the Paneer and second part is for making the gravy.  In this recipe I used almost 24 types of ingredients with Indian spices. No doubt the taste is just awesome!
Paneer Tikka Masala recipe is very famous all over in India. When I go for any restaurant my first priority is Paneer Tikka Masala. So today I will share my favorite recipe, get the restaurant style taste at home. I think you will enjoy the recipe.   It is mainly made of paneer with thick spicy gravy.
Here is another Paneer recipe you can watch “Paneer Butter Masala”. Paneer Butter Masala is also very famous recipe in India. You can enjoy the every bite of this recipe.

For marinate purpose:

Paneer 250 grams
Salt to taste
Kashmiri chili Powder 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Mustard oil 1 tsp
Fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Onion 1 big size
Tomato 1 big size
Capsicum ½
Curd 2 tbsp

For Gravy Purpose:

Cinnamon 1
Cardamoms 2
Cloves 3
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
Fresh cream 1 tbsp
White oil 3 tsp
Cashew nut paste 1 tbsp
Roasted coriander powder ½ tsp
Chopped Tomato 2
Chopped Onions 2
Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
Green chili 2
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp

Follow the below instructions before start cooking.
Paneer 250 grams, cut the paneer like cubes
Onion 1 big size, cut into 4 pieces and separate the petals.
Tomato 1 big size, remove the seeds and cut like cubes.
Capsicum ½, cut like cubes.
Fry the Fenugreek leaves in a dry pan and smashed it through hand, make it like powder.

Method for this recipe:

First I will marinate the paneer.
Take a bowl and add curd, ½ tsp Graram Masala, ½ tsp Chili Powder, ½ tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder, ½ Fenugreek leaves ( Before use, fry the Fenugreek leaves in a dry pan and smashed it through hand, make it like powder), ½ tsp Ginger Garlic paste, salt to taste, Mustard Oil 1 tsp and Lemon Juice 1 tsp. Mix all the ingredients properly. Rest of the ingredients we will use for the Gravy.
Now add capsicum, tomatoes, onion and paneer.
Mix every thing with the spices.
Cover it for 30 minutes.
Now I will prepare the tikka.
Add oil in the pan.
Add marinated Paneer, Onion, Capsicum and tomato in the pan. Fry it well.
Flip the other side. Be sure don’t burn the tikka. Fry all side of the Paneer.
It is ready. Take it out from the pan.

Now we will prepare the gravy.
Heat the karai and add 2 tsp oil.
Add Cinnamon, Cardamoms, and Cloves. Stir it little.
Add cumin seeds.
Add chopped onion. Fry it well. Onion fry is ready.
Add ginger garlic paste. Stir it with onion.
Add Turmeric powder, Kashmiri chili powder and chili powder. Mix everything properly with oil. It will bring the gravy color nice.
Add chopped tomato. Stir it 2-3 times.
Add salt to taste. It will boil the tomatoes well.
Cover it for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, open the cover.
Onion and tomatoes are nicely boiled.
Add cashew nut paste, Tomato sauce, Fresh cream, Fenugreek leaves, Coriander powder and Garam Masala. Mix everything nicely.
Add ½ bowl water and silted Green Chili.
Gravy is now ready.
Now add all the Paneer Tikka. Mix everything well.
Keep it for 5 minutes in a low flame.
After 5 minutes add chopped Coriander Leaves. Stir it for 2-3 times.
Paneer Tikka Masala is ready.

Ingredients for the Chingri Macher Dopiaza:

Prawns 300 grams
Onions paste, I have taken 2 Onions Medium size
Chopped Onions, I have taken 2 Onions Medium size
Tomato, cut into lengthwise 1
Green Chills 2, cut into 6 pieces
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Ginger and Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Red Chili ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
White Oil 2 tbsp
Roasted Masala Powder, (Coriander Seeds, Cumin 1 tsp, Cloves 4, Cardamom 2, Black Peeper 6 and Cinnamon 2) All the spices fried in hot pan without oil and make it powder.


Method For this Bengali Prawn recipe:

Add salt and turmeric in the Prawns and mix it well.
Heat the pan and add oil.
Add the mixed prawns in the pan.
Fry the prawns, make it little brown.
After frying, take it out from the pan.
Add chopped onion in this remaining oil.
Add tomato when it is half fried.
Now fry the tomato and onion well.
Take it out from the pan.
Add some oil to make the gravy.
Add onion paste and salt.
Fry it well.
Add Ginger and Garlic paste, Turmeric Powder and chili powder. Later I will use Black peeper and Green Chili, so use red chili according to your taste.
Add 2 cups of water.
Add fried Onion, tomato and prawns.
Add chopped green chili and fried masala.
Mix it well.
Keep it for 10 minutes.
In between stir it one time.
Before remove from heat add chopped coriander leaves.
Mix it with gravy,
Chingri Macher Dopiaza is ready.

Ingredients and Preparation for Dum Aloo Recipe:

For this I have taken 2 big size potatoes. Cut the potatoes in to 4 pieces.
I have boiled the potatoes in a pressure cooker with four whistles.
2 big sizes Onion and one tomato cut in to thin and lengthwise.
Two Green Chilies, cut in to lengthwise.
White Oil 3 tsp
Yogurt 1 tsp
Sugar little
Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp
Garam Masala Powder ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Red Chili Powder ½ tsp
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp


How to make potato curry recipe?

First I will fry the boil potatoes.
Heat the pan and add oil.
After heating the oil add potatoes.
Fry the potatoes.
Before remove from the heat add little Turmeric Powder.
Stir it 2-3 times and take it out from the pan.
To preparing the gravy add oil in the pan.
Add chopped Onion; stir it until turned in to little reddish.
Now add Green chili, Ginger Garlic paste, Turmeric Powder, Chili Powder and Sugar. Stir all the ingredients nicely.
Now add tomato and fry it little in the oil.
Then add Yogurt
Add fried Potatoes in it.
Stir it 1-2 times and add 2 cups of water.
Add salt as per your taste.
In the time of boil Potatoes I have used some salt, so take care of it.
Now cover it for 10 minutes in a medium flame.
After 10 minutes, open the cover. In between open the cover once and flip the potatoes.
Now switch off the gas and add Garam Masala Powder.
Aloo Dum is ready. You can serve it with Roti, Luchi or Paratha.

Yogurt 4 tsp
Roasted Masala Powder [Coriander 1 tsp, Cumin seed 1 tsp, Black pepper 10, Cardamom 3, Cinnamon 2, Cloves 5]
Fry all the spices in a hot pan without oil and make it Powder.

How to make chicken Roast?

  • First marinate the chicken with Lemon Juice, little Turmeric Powder and salt. Mix everything nicely.
  • Chicken pieces are big, so I have given some stokes with the knife.
  • Cover it for 15 minutes.
  • Heat the pan and add Oil.
  • Add marinated Chicken now.
  • Fry the chicken both side. Do not fry the chicken too much, otherwise it will be hard.
  • After frying take it out in a bowl.
  • Add 1 tsp Ghee.
  • Add Cardamom, Cloves and Cinnamon
  • Stir it little.
  • Add onion Paste and then salt. If you add salt in this time, it will help to reduce the splashing of oil.
  • Fry the onion paste well.
  • Onion is fried.
  • Add Ginger and Garlic paste, Turmeric Powder and Chili Powder. I used ½ tsp of Chili Powder because I will use Black Peeper. You can use less or more.
  • Fry it nicely.
  • Add yogurt and roasted fried Masala, Cashew Nut paste.
  • Stir everything well.
  • Now add fried Chicken.
  • Mix it with the Gravy.
  • Cover it for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes, open the cover.
  • Flip the chicken.
  • Again cover it for 15 minutes.
  • But in every 5 minutes open the cover and flip the chicken.
  • Make it in a low flame.
  • Before remove from heat add Ghee.
  • It will bring the delicious smell.
  • Mix the Ghee nicely.
  • Chicken Roast is ready.

How to make Shorshe Ilish recipe?


  • First I will marinate the Hilsa fish with salt and turmeric powder.
  • Mix it properly.
  • Keep it for 5 minutes.
  • Now heat the pan.
  • Add oil on it.
  • After heating the oil add fish. Before frying the fish always try to heat the oil nicely. Otherwise fish will stuck in the pan.
  • Flip the other side for fry.
  • Fry the fish both side well. No need to fry Hilsa fish brown color like other fish.
  • Hilsa fish is fried now; take it out from the pan.
  • Keep 1 tbsp oil and remaining oil remove from the pan. I will use it later.
  • Add Panch Foron, Green Chili, Mustard Seeds paste, turmeric powder and chili powder. Fry it little in the oil. No need to fry the spices too much. May be mustard seed paste will be bitter.
  • Add 2 cups water, you can use water how much gravy you want according to that.
  • Add salt in it.
  • Keep it for two minutes.
  • Now add fried hilsa fish.
  • After one minute flip the fish other side.
  • Again keep it for one minute.
  • Now use the oil which I kept after fried the fish.
  • Leave it for one minute.
  • Shorshe ilish is ready.

How to make Mughlai chicken Biryani?

  • First I will marinate the chicken. Add lemon juice and salt. Mix it properly. Cover it for 10 minutes.
  • Grade the onions.
  • Heat the pan. Add ghee in it. You can add more Ghee if you want. After heating the ghee add Cardamoms, Cloves and Cinnamon. Stir it little.
  • Add cashew nuts in it. Fry it little. It will increase the taste of cashew nuts.
  • Now add graded Onions. Fry until onion get a brownish color.
  • Add Ginger and Garlic paste. Stir it nicely; otherwise raw smell of Ginger Garlic paste will remain.
  • Now I will add marinated chicken, chili powder, green chili and yogurt. Mix all the ingredients properly.
  • Now add little salt and Biriyani Masala. Stir it 3-4 times. Cover it for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes, open the cover. In-between stir the chicken once.
  • Add coconut milk and cream.

  • Again cover it for 10 minutes
  • But in-between open the cover once and Flip the chicken once.
  • After 10 minutes, open the cover.
  • The chicken is ready for the Biryani.
  • Take it out all the chicken and half gravy.
  • Wash the rice. Add the rice in the remaining gravy and stir it little.
  • Add water. For 2 cups rice uses 4 cups of water.
  • Add little salt, because before I already used salt 2 times.
  • Cover it for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes open the cover and stir it nicely.
  • Make some deep space in the middle. Add chicken with gravy. Now sprinkle the fried onion. And cover it with rice.
  • And cover it for 5 minutes with low flame.
  • After 5 minutes, open the cover.
  • Mughlai Chicken Biryani is ready. Serve it hot.

Ingredients for Cabbage Curry or Bandhakopir Ghonto:

  • Cabbage 250 gram
  • Potato 1 medium size
  • Tomato 1, cut into small pieces
  • White oil 3 tsp
  • Peas
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Red chili 1, broken into two pieces
  • Panch foron very little (it is mixed of five types Indian spices)
  • Bay leaves 1
  • Ghee ½ tsp
  • Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp
  • Chili Powder ½ tsp
  • Ginger paste ½ tsp
  • Cumin Seeds paste ¼ tsp
  • Roasted Cumin powder ¼ tsp

How to make the recipe?

Preparation:
Cabbage 250 grams and chopped it.
Cut the potato like small cube size.
Tomato 1, cut into small piece.
Some Green peas, you can use storage green peas also.
Roasted Cumin powder, make it in the cooking time, not before, it will increase the taste.

How to make Cabbage Curry?

First marinate the cabbage, so add salt (as per your taste) and Turmeric powder. Mix it properly with the cabbage. It will reduce the quantity of the cabbage and also soft the cabbage. Keep it for 15 minutes.

Now heat the pan and add oil. After heating the oil add Bay leaves and broken red chili. Stir it little.

Now add potatoes. Fry it well. Add Panch Foron and stir it will the oil. Make the potatoes little brown.

Add Ginger paste, Cumin seeds paste and chili powder. Mix it properly and fried nicely otherwise raw smell will come from ginger and cumin paste.

Now add the marinated cabbage and its water in it.

Add tomato, green peas and sugar. Stir it 3-4 times and cover it for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes open the cover and stir if for 1 minute.

Add ½ cups of water. Again cover it for 5-10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, open the cover. Potato and cabbage are boiled now nicely. Stir it for 1 minute. I will make the cabbage curry dry.

Add ½ tsp ghee. You can use less. Mix it nicely.

Add roasted Cumin seeds powder and mix it properly.

Cabbage curry or Bandhakopir Ghonto is ready.

How to make Stuffed Aloo tikki?

  • First I will make the paste of biscuit. Add yogurt, butter in the jar the broke the biscuit and add in it. Again add some yogurt on it. Now make the paste. You can make it with another process. Make the biscuit powder and add butter and yogurt. Now make it paste.
  • Paste is ready. Now take it out in a bowl. Add chopped cashew nut and mix with it.
  • Now I will prepare the batter. Add salt and water. Make the batter little thin.
  • Now take little oil in hand and make the small type of ball with paste. I use oil in hand because of not to stuck in hand. We can use this ball easily inside the tikki.
  • Smash the boiled potato. It has potato, coriander leaves, chopped green chili, red chili, ginger paste, roasted cumin and coriander paste, mango powder, corn flour, Garam masala powder and salt to taste. Now mix every thing.
  • From this I will make 7-8 alu tikki. Take some mixed smashed potato and make it like a small ball. Now make it flat with oval shape and add chocolate ball in it. Cover it properly and make it flat round shape. It will look good.
  • Now deep in the batter, then mix biscuit powder nicely. Keep it in a plate. Do the same process for all the tikki.
  • Heat the oil in a pan. Now add the aloo tikki in it. Fry it well. Flip the other side also when one side done. Make it little brown with medium flame.
  • Now take it out from the oil. Do this for all the aloo tikki.
  • Stuffed aloo tikki is ready.

How to make Dimer korma recipe?


  1. Heat the pan and add oil 2 tsp for making the gravy of Dimer korma
  2. Add whole cumin seeds and coriander, fry it little.
  3. Add chopped onion; stir it 2-3 times
  4. Now add chopped green chili, I used 2 green chili, you can use less or more. Fry the onion and green chili properly.
  5. Now add cashew nut, ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri chili powder and turmeric powder, I used little turmeric and chili powder for the color purpose only. Fry everything well other wise raw smell will come from ginger garlic paste.
  6. Add beaten yogurt and stir it well till oil is come out from the fry.
  7. Now make it paste. Take it in a mixer grinder and add little water. Paste is ready. Take it out in a bowl.
  8. Now give strokes on the eggs through a knife. It will help to insert the gravy in the eggs easily. It will also increase the taste of the eggs.
  9. Now I will make the egg korma.
  10. Heat the karai.
  11. Add Ghee in the karai.
  12. Add bay leaves, cardamom and cinnamon. Stir it little for fry.
  13. When smell will come out from the foron/spices, add eggs on it. Fry the eggs very little.
  14. Now add the paste of onion and spices.
  15. Add coconut milk, green chili, sugar and salt to taste. Mix it well.
  16. Now cover it for 10 minutes in a medium flame.
  17. After 10 minutes open the cover and add Garam Masala powder and Ghee. Mix it and keep it for 1 minute.

This is not pure Bengali Recipe; I have seen this recipe in south India, Hyderabad and in Marathi people. I learned this recipe from my best Marathi friend. Bitter gourd recipe is famous in all over India. I made this recipe in my style. Today I will show you how to make Stuffed karela recipe? This is not actually Bitter gourd curry but type of curry. This is very easy recipe but it is taking time to prepare. 

Ingredients:
  • Bitter gourd 200 grams
  • Chopped Onion 1 big size
  • Chopped Tomato 1 medium size
  • Boiled Potato 2 tbsp
  • Sunflower Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Chili Powder ½ tsp
  • Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp
  • Mango Powder ½ tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder, Coriander and Cumin powder 1 tsp 

How to make Stuffed karela recipe?

  1. Scrape the Bitter gourd/ karelas. Keep the scrapings; I will prepare the mixture with this.
  2. Slit the Bitter gourd and remove the seed from it. Do it for all the Bitter gourd/ karelas.
  3. I am not using the seeds because it is hard.
  4. Now take the scrapings in a bowl and salt 2 tsp. Mix it properly and keep it for 15 minutes.
  5. Now take a jar and add salt. Add Bitter gourd/ karelas in it and boil it for 10 minutes in a low flame.
  6. After 10 minutes, take it out from the water.
  7. Now take the scrapings and remove the water from it through hand pressure. Keep it in cold water. Wash it properly and take it out. Before put in a jar, squeeze it properly.
  8. Now take boiled Bitter gourd/ karelas and squeeze it to remove the water.
  9. Heat the pan and oil 2 tsp.
  10. Add chopped onion, fry it well.
  11. Add Garlic and Ginger paste, turmeric and chili powder. Fry it well.
  12. Now add scrapings of Bitter gourd, chopped tomato. Stir it little.
  13. Add salt as per your taste and cover it for 3 minutes.
  14. After 3 minutes open the cover and stir it and again cover it for 3 minutes.
  15. Open the cover and it is ready.
  16. Now add boiled potato and add roasted coriander and cumin powder, Garam Masala powder and Mango Powder. Mix everything well and smashed the potatoes.
  17. Mixture is ready for the stuffed karela/ Bitter gourd.
  18. Now add mixture in the boiled Bitter gourd as much as possible and press it well. Otherwise it will come out in frying time.
  19. Take a thin thread and tied it.
  20. Remaining mixture I will use in serving time.
  21. Heat the pan and add oil. I used more oil you can use less oil for the fry bitter gourd.
  22. Now add karelas in the oil for fry.
  23. Cover it for few minutes.
  24. Open the cover and flip the karelas and cover it again. Do this 2-3 times
  25. Stuffed karela is ready. Now take it out from the pan.
  26. Remove the thread before serve and add remaining mixture.

Method for the Shukto Recipe:
  • Heat the pan and add oil 1 tsp
  • Add beans and fry it.
  • Take it out from the pan and keep it in bowl.
  • Add 1 tsp oil and add Bitter gourd for fry. Fry it well and take it out.
  • Again add 2 tsp oil. Add bay leaves, whole red chili and panch foron. Stir it little.
  • Add potato and fry it little.
  • Add green banana, fry it well.
  • Now add green chili, brinjal and drum stick. Stir it 2-3 times well.
  • Add Ginger and Mustard seeds paste, turmeric powder and little water. Now fry the spices with the vegetables.
  • Now add more water for boil the vegetables.
  • Add fried bitter gourd and beans.
  • Add salt as per your taste,
  • Add the bari and mix with everything.
  • Now add some water.
  • Cover it for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes open the cover and stir it. Again cover it for 5 minutes.
  • Now broke some potatoes for the thickness of the gravy.
  • Add ghee and mix it with the curry. When the ghee is mixed switch off the gas.
  • Add vaja masala in it. No need to mix it. Mix it properly in serving time.
  • Now shukto is ready.

Methods for making the Samosa: 
  • First I will prepare the flour. Add pinch of baking powder in the flour. Add salt as per your taste. Mix it properly with the flour.
  • Add 2 tsp oil. For making samosa dough its needed more oil. Now mix it properly with flour.
  • Now add some water for making the dough. Be sure the dough will not dilute. Always add water as per your requirements. Don’t add water at a time. Dough is ready.
  • Now cover it for 15 minutes.
  • Now I will prepare inside mixture for the samosa.
  • Heat the pan and 1 tsp oil.
  • Add Fennel in it. Little fry it.
  • Add chopped onion now. Fry the onion.
  • Add Ginger Garlic paste. Mix it with onion and fry it little.
  • Add boiled potatoes in it and smashed it but not totally. Make it like small pieces.
  • Add salt, Graram Masala, roasted Cumin seed powder, Turmeric Powder, fried Ground nuts and smashed red chili. Mix it properly and fry all the things.
  • Add chopped Coriander leaves.
  • I used boiled potatoes; you can make it with small pieces of potatoes, but you have to use some water for boil the potatoes.
  • The mixture is ready for the samosa.
  • Leave it for cool.
  • Now make two balls from the dough. I will make 4 samosa from it.
  • Now I will make the roti using some flour. Make the roti lengthwise. Because I will make 2 samosa from 1 roti. Roti is ready. Now separate it in two parts through a knife.
  • Add little water in the side of the roti where I cut. Now make it two parts and press through the fingers.
  • Take it left hand and fill it with the mixture. Make a fold in the excess side. Add some water in the other side.
  • Now join the both side and press it properly, otherwise it will be open when you frying this.
  • I will fry the samosa in the deep oil. So heat the pan with oil.
  • Add the samosa in it.
  • Be sure make it in a low flame.
  • If you make it in a high flame, it will fry the outside only not inside quickly and crispy will not come.
  • Fry the samosa both side properly.
  • It will take time to fry the samosa.
  • Now it is well fried. Remove the samosa from the oil. 
  • Samosa is ready. Serve it hot with some chutney or sauce.
