How to make Rui macher jhol? Bengali fish curry recipe. Macher Jhol Recipe is very easy and simple fish curry with vegetables and it is healthy also. I can cook good fish curry and I think fish cooking is very easy to me. Virtually all fish cooking takes less time to cook with the same elements. A piece of fish and a little broth with hot rice can be eaten easily. Today, I will prepare a fish curry with vegetable.

Potato 1
Drum Sticks 2
Cauliflower
Tomato 1
Cut all the vegetables like medium size.
And 4 pieces of Rohu Fish
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 1 medium size
Salt to taste
Chili Powder 1 tsp
Mustard Oil 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
Ginger Paste ½ tsp
Cumin Paste ½ tsp
Poppy Seeds Paste 1 tsp

How to make Rui macher jhol recipe?
First, marinate the fish with turmeric powder and salt. Mix it nicely.Now heat the pan for frying the fish. Add oil in it. After heating the oil add fish one by one.
Flip the fish to fry the other side. Fry the fish nicely until it is turn into brownish color.
Now remove the fish from pan.
Add cauliflower in this oil. Make it shallow fry. Take it out from the pan.
Add potatoes and fry it.
Add chopped onion, make it brownish with potatoes.
Now add ginger paste, cumin paste, Poppy seed paste, turmeric powder and chili powder. Mix all the spices nicely.
Now add drum sticks and tomato. Stir it with the spices and add water.
Add salt and fried cauliflower. Add more water for boil the vegetables.
Now cover it for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes open the cover and add fried fishes in it.
Now keep it for 3 minute.
Before remove from heat add coriander leaves.
Macher jhol or Fish Curry is ready.
