Ingredients for Egg fried rice recipe:

  • Boiled Basmati rice 2 cups
  • Beans, Carrot, cauliflower Cut into small pieces 2 cups
  • Finely Chopped tomatoes (without seeds) ½ cup
  • Chopped cabbage ½ cup
  • Chopped onion but long size ½ cup
  • Chopped green chili 2 nos
  • Whole garlic 2-3 nos
  • Cloves 2-3 nos
  • Green cardamom 2-3 nos
  • Cinnamon 2-3 nos
  • Crushed Black pepper ½ tbsp
  • Red chili powder ½ tbsp2 eggs (scramble)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 4 tbsp

How to make Egg Fried rice recipe at home restaurant style?

  • First, heat oil in a pan, take 2 tbsp oil. Add garlic, cloves, cinnamon and saute it for a few minutes.
  • Then add chopped Beans, Carrot, cauliflower, chopped tomatoes, chopped cabbage, chopped onion, Chopped green chili stir on high flame for few minutes. The whole process has to be done on high flame and stirring it continuously.

  • When vegetables are done add cooked basmati rice and toss it well. Mix the rice with vegetables. Now add salt and sprinkle crushed Black pepper, red chili powder in it. Add soya sauce if you need.

  • Finally add egg scramble and toss it very well. Keep it in a low flame for 2 minutes and egg fried rice is ready.
