Chilli Soya Recipe


Chilli-Soya-Soyabean-Chilly


Ingredients:
Soya Chunks
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Ginger and garlic paste ½ tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Cornflower 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
White oil
Chopped Ginger and Garlic ½ tsp
Chopped Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Red Chilli sauce 1 tsp
Onion 2
Carrot ½
Capsicum ½
Green chilli 2

How To Make  Chilli Soya Chunks Recipe ?




Boil some water in a bowl
Add some salt in it
Add Soya Chunks
After 3 minutes switch off the gas
Now leave it for cooling
Now cut the vegetables
Chopped the capsicum
Chopped the Green chilli
Cut the carrot also
Chopped the onions

After cooling, take out the Soya chunks from water
Add Soya sauce ½ tsp
Add red chilli sauce
Add Tomato sauce 1 tsp
Add Chilli powder
Add Ginger and Garlic paste
Add some salt
Add egg
And also add cornflower
Mix everything nicely
Use cornflower 2/3
Heat the oil in a pan
Add mixed Soya chunks in the hot oil
Fry it nicely
After frying take it out from the pan

Heat the pan and oil
Add chopped onion and carrot
Just shallow fry it
Now add chopped Ginger and Garlic
Also add chopped capsicum and green chilli
Add some salt
Stir it nicely
Add vinegar, Soya sauce and Tomato sauce
Add some water in cornflower and mixed it
Now add it in the pan
Stir it little
Now add fried Soya chunks
Mixed it nicely
Cover it for 5 minutes
Open the cover after 5 minutes
In-between open the cover once and stir it
Add Black pepper powder
Add chopped coriander leaves
Mixed it nicely
Soya chilli is ready.

Two cups Flour
Sugar 1 cup
Grated Coconut ½
Milk 1 liter
I will use 1 glass of milk for making the coconut
Salt to taste
Cardamom 2



Method:
Add coconut in the pan
Add sugar ½ cups
You can use less or more sugar as per your taste
Now add 1 glass of milk
Switch on the gas
Stir it until the coconut is dry
Coconut is ready now.
Remove from the heat and cool it.

For making flour, heat the water in a pan
When the water is boiling add salt
Add flour in it
Here I have taken 2 cups flour and 2 cups water
No need to keep it in the heat for long time
When it is little dry remove from the heat
Make the flour in little warm
Take it out in a pan
Mix it nicely.
Dough is ready.
Now I will prepare the patty.
Take small from the dough
Make it round shape
Through finger make it deep round shape
Make as thin as possible
It is ready now.
Add coconut in it
Now merge the both side
After merge fold the upper side
Make all the patty like this way

Add milk in the pan
Switch on the gas
Add sugar in it.
I have taken 3 spoon of sugar
I have already used sugar for making the coconut
You can use sugar according to your taste
Add cardamom
Add all the patty one by one
Be careful, because the milk is hot
Keep it for 15 minutes.
Time to time stir it, otherwise it will stuck in the pan
After 15 minute remove from the heat
Dudh Puli is ready.

How to make Jhal Dim Pitha?

First I will make the batter.
Add Rice Flour in the Mixer Grinder jar.
Now broke all the eggs and add it.
Add chili powder, Turmeric Powder, Onion Paste, salt to taste, Black Cumin and add water (take ¼ of the cups). Mix everything.
Now I'll pour it in a bowl.
Add Chopped Coriander leaves and Black Cumin.
Mix all the things nicely.
Now heat the Oil now.
Now I will check one either the oil is heated properly or not. Take a small bowl and add some batter in the oil. Always be sure that the oil is properly heated then pour the batter. And fry the Patty in a medium flame.
Fry the both side well. Make it little brown. Now remove it from the Oil.
Make all the Dim Pitha (Egg Patty) in the same way.
Take some batter and add one by one in the oil.
Flip the other side for fry. Fry the both side well.
Now take Dim Pitha (Egg Patty) out from the heat.
Jhal Dim Pitha (Spicy Egg Patty Recipe) is ready.

Easy and Quick Spicy Egg Pulao Rice Recipe:



Ingredients:
Basmati Rice 350 grams, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Boiled Egg Four
Onion paste 2 tsp
Chopped Coriander leaves 2 tsp
Coconut milk 1 cup
Chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
White oil 2 tsp
Ginger & Garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Yogurt ½ cup
Poppy seeds and Cashew nut paste 1 tsp
Ghee 1 tsp
Fried Roasted Powder (Cumin and Coriander ½ tsp, Black Peeper 10, Cinnamon 1, Cardamom 1, Cloves 2) Fry all the spices in a pan without Oil and make it powder.
Garam Masala Whole – Cinnamon 1, Cloves 4, Cardamom 4
And some Cashew Nut

How to cook Egg Pulao recipe?

For making the Egg Pulao, First heat the pan and add Ghee.
When the butter melts, add Cinnamon, Cloves and Cardamom in it. Fry it little.
Now add the soaked rice in the pan. Stir it nicely.
Add water now, actually I have taken 2 glass of rice, so now I will add 4 cups of water.
Add salt.
Now Cover it and leave it for 15 minutes.
Add oil for fry the eggs.
Add some salt in the eggs, Turmeric Powder and Chili Powder.
Mix it nicely.
Add all the eggs in the hot pan. Fry the eggs little.
Take it out from the pan.
Now add the Onion paste in the oil. Fry it nicely.
Add Ginger and Garlic paste in the pan. Fry the Ginger and Garlic paste nicely with the Onion paste.
Add Cashew nut now.

In the same time we have to add salt in Yogurt, also add Turmeric powder and Chili powder. Mix everything well and add in the pan.
Stir all the things nicely.
Add Coconut Milk.
Add Poppy seeds and Cashew nut paste.
Add Fried Roasted Powder.
Now stir it for 2 minutes.
Gravy is ready, now we will check the rice.
After 15 minutes, open the cover from the rice.
Rice is ready.
Remove some rice from the middle of the pan.
Add the gravy here.
Now add the fried eggs one by one.
Add chopped coriander leaves.
Cover the gravy and eggs with the rice.
Add Ghee now.
Cover it for 5 minutes in a low flame.
After 5 minutes, open the cover.
Egg Pulao is ready now.
