Bengali fish curry recipe Aam katla
For this Bangla cooking recipe I have taken 6 pieces of katla and 2 pieces of dry mangoes. Mango is the special ingredients for this recipe.
Ingredients:
Katla fish 6 pieces
Chopped Onion 1
Dry mango 2 pieces (1/4 of a mango)
Ginger & Garlic paste 1 tsp
Mustard seeds paste ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Chili powder ½ tsp
Turmeric powder little
Panch foron little (5 types of Indian spices)
Mustard Oil 1 tbsp
